Phase I included the complete restructuring of the Atrium, total mechanical systems replacement, complete lighting systems upgrade, a new mezzanine addition, remodel of the west and north entrances, construction of a new classroom studio and a new state of the art box office. 

Phase II, the Theater remodel includes the addition of an elevator and gallery seating on two sides of the theater and the replacement of all of the seating, stage, and rigging. This facility is occupied by the SCPA Staff as well as the City of Scottsdale IS/IT headquarters and is 100% operational during the entire course of construction.
