The City of Citrus Heights is working with Howard S. Wright Constructors to build a 1-story community center and meeting facility on a 1.9 acre parcel. The building will be a multi-function meeting facility. Citrus Heights has placed a high importance on green building, so the future facility will utilize sustainable, renewable, and recycled resources.
