We completely renovated and expanded the Elk Grove Library which is targeting LEED Silver certification. The larger building will provide more space for the library's extensive collection of 1,900,000 books, magazines, videos, newspapers, CDs, and other resources. Other improvements included minor structural steel upgrades including added steel supports for the second floor and modifications to an existing sheer wall. In addition to the structural elements, we demolished and remodeled the public bathrooms.
