Riverpark is a brownfield development of a six acre site in Redmond, Washington. We were hired to build three different projects for four owners; a 360,000 sf parking garage and podium, a 110,000 sf shell office building, and a 28,000 sf healthcare tenant improvement for Group Health Cooperative (GHC). During preconstruction, we provided constructability, estimating, scheduling, and planning expertise to the owners.
